چکیده

Abstract Background Apigenin (4?, 5, 7-trihydroxyflavone), a flavonoid, is present usually in fruits and vegetables possessing numerous biological properties like antioxidant, anti-viral, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, chemoprevention activity. So study was aimed to prepare characterize nanoliposomes of apigenin estimate its encapsulation efficiency by stability-assisted reverse-phase (RP)-HPLC method. Results The stability indication the RP-HPLC method developed for apigenin-loaded successfully demonstrated parameters were mainly retention time which 4.21 min, limit detection (LOD) 0.49 ?g/mL, quantification (LOQ) 1.48 %relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 2%. Therefore, HPLC accuracy, linearity, LOD, LOQ, precision, %RSD within range found be satisfactory. Conclusion suitable or estimation with nanoliposomes, this will powerful tool future any pharmaceutical preparations.

A Simple and Specific Stability- Indicating RP-HPLC Method for Routine Assay of Adefovir Dipivoxil in Bulk and Tablet Dosage Form

A simple and reliable stability-indicating RP-HPLC method was developed and validated for analysis of adefovir dipivoxil (ADV).The chromatographic separation was performed on a C18 column using a mixture of acetonitrile-citrate buffer (10 mM at pH 5.2) 36:64 (%v/v) as mobile phase, at a flow rate of 1.5 ml/min. Detection was carried out at 260 nm and a sharp peak was obtained for ADV at a reten...
